Conor Oberst, the man behind turn-of-the-century indie sensation Bright Eyes, moves into the top 10 with “A Little Uncanny” (#9).
Biggest jumper this week is from former Drive-By Truckers guitarist Jason Isbell and his band the 400 Unit, who jump from #43 to #29 with “Hope The High Road.”
