The Head and the Heart from Seattle score their second #1 hit of 2016 with “Rhythm & Blues” on this week’s Rock n Roll for Grownups chart.
Three new songs this week:
- “Not Easy” (#48) by Alex Da Kid featuring X Ambassadors and Elle King. The official release includes rapper Wiz Khalifa, but a radio edit exists without the rap, which is what Triple A stations are playing. Unfortunately, that has not been publicly posted yet, so our link is to a video that includes the rap.
- “You & I” (#49) by Colony House, a Tennessee band led by two brothers whose father is Christian singer Steven Curtis Chapman.
- “Take It All Back” (#50) by another Tennessee band, Judah & The Lion, from their breakthrough album, Folk Hop & Roll.
