Alabama Shakes tops the chart with “Shoegaze,” the fourth single from their Grammy-nominated Album of the Year, Sound & Color. Meanwhile, the title track, a rush-release fifth single, climbs to #15.
The Foo Fighters take a big leap into the top 10 with “Saint Cecilia” (#7). Other big jumpers include “Going To California” (#23), a Led Zeppelin cover by Pressing Strings; and Elle King’s “Under The Influence” (#30).
Three debuts this week: Adele’s “When We Were Young” (#40), the second official single from her blockbuster album 25; “Lazarus” (#47) by David Bowie from his new Blackstar album; and Pete Yorn is back on the air after several years away with “Lost Weekend” (#50).
