#1 song this week:
“All We Ever Knew” by the Head and the Heart leaps from #10 to #1 on the Rock n Roll for Grownups chart.
The fastest climbers are “Good Grief” by the English band Bastille, which bounds up from #37 to #24 in its third week; and Hozier’s “Better Love,” which zooms from #47 to #32 in its second week.
Among the debuts are Phantogram’s “You Don’t Get Me High Anymore” (#46) and The Record Company’s “Rita Mae Young” (#47), follow-up to their former #1 hit “Off The Ground.”
The superbly talented Lake Street Dive, all graduates of the New England Conservatory of Music, are about to fall off the chart after 15 weeks with “I Don’t Care About You” (#45), the latest in their quickly growing list of hits.
