The Chicago band Twin Peaks enter the top 10 with “Walk To The One You Love.” Two songs leap 13 spots this week: Beck’s quirky “Wow” (#42 to #29) and The Head and the Heart’s “All We Ever Knew” (#50 to #39 ).
