North Korea’s dictator Kim Jong Un has once again test-fired a long-range missile that is capable of delivering a nuclear weapon — despite condemnation from most of the world.
Experts say it’s unlikely he would actually attack the United States, but he simply wants to prove he is tough and desperately needs to be taken seriously. Sort of like President Trump and his angry tweets about everything.
