Hope The High Road” by Jason Isbell & The 400 Unit is at #1 for a second week on the Rock n Roll for Grownups chart.

In Cold Blood” by Alt-J continues its rapid climb up the chart, this week jumping from #24 to #13. Also moving up quickly (#37 to #26) is Lord Huron’s “The Night We Met.”

Two songs from the electronica end of the rock spectrum debut this week: “Doing It For The Money” (#45) by Foster The People, and “J-Boy” (#47) by the French band Phoenix.

This week’s Bullet (a new song of special interest) is the brand new release from The National, “The System Only Dreams In Total Darkness.” It features a somewhat slicker production than past records, perhaps inspired by the success that singer Matt Beringer had with his side project El Vy, which produced the #1 song “Return To The Moon” in 2015 and the top 15 follow-up “Need A Friend” in 2016).
