Ratings: Happy 30th at #1 for ‘K-E-Z’

| RADIO |

For the 30th consecutive ratings period (include one tie), “K-E-Z” has been the most popular radio station in metro Phoenix. The adult contemporary station sure has Phoenix’s number, with or without the annual all-Christmas music stunt. That’s not likely to change anytime soon (except perhaps if longtime morning host Beth McDonald should ever leave).

The rest of the top 10 was remarkably consistent, according to the latest Nielsen Audion ratings. KSLX gained a little audience share to remain in its usual runner-up spot. KTAR, KUPD and KOOL also showed improvement.

Public radio/jazz outlet KJZZ climbed to #11 from #14. KDKB (“Alt AZ“)  and KKFR (“Power 98.3“) also increased audience share to tie at #14.
