Ratings: K-E-Z makes it five in a row at the top

For the fifth consecutive ratings period, “K-E-Z” is the most popular radio station in Phoenix, according to the latest Nielsen Audio results. The adult contemporary powerhouse increased its audience share and continued to widen its lead over the rest of the field.

The top 10 stations are the same as last time, though with some rearrangement in rankings.

KFYI was down slightly in audience share and KOOL gained a bit to tie at #2. “Camel Country” also took a larger piece of the pie and moved up to #4, while “Mix,” KUPD and “Kiss FM” got knotted up at #5.

Biggest gainer overall was regional Mexican station “La Nueva” (KHOT), which increased more than one and a half ratings points to leap from #19 to #11.

These results represent radio listeners age 6 and older from 6 a.m. to midnight daily.
