Ratings: ‘K-E-Z’ rebounds to the top

Well, that didn’t last long. After a scant month at the top, KSLX slides back to its customary runner-up spot behind “K-E-Z” — which had been the most popular station in metro Phoenix for 30 consecutive rating periods. The adult contemporary station gained audience share (while the classic rock outlet lost some) to probably start a new streak at #1. Was last time just a ratings fluke? Regardless, both stations remain far ahead of the rest of the pack.

KUPD held at #3 while KOOL edged up to tie. “Camel Country” lost some ground to land at #8 but was still ahead of rival KNIX, which held steady at #10. KALV (“Live“) fell to #11.
