Ratings: ‘K-E-Z’ soars to record non-holiday high

K-E-Z” is the most popular radio station in metro Phoenix for the seventh consecutive month, according to the latest Nielsen Audio ratings. Not only that, the adult contemporary powerhouse increased its audience share by almost 2 ratings points — a stunning achievement. This marks the station’s highest non-holiday music peak since Zonarama began reporting radio ratings in 2011.

Far behind is the rest of the pack. KSLX was up slightly and held on to the runner-up spot. KOOL increased its audience share a healthy full ratings point and moved up to tie at #5 with KUPD.

KNIX held steady in audience share but slipped back a notch to #4, thanks to a resurgent “Kiss FM” at #3. Conversely, “Camel Country” edged up in audience share but dropped to #8 in the ranking.

Live” leaped from #13 to #9 as “La Campesina” (KNAI) dropped from #8 to a tie at #12.
