Ratings: ‘The Mountain’ zooms to #2

Adult hits station “The Mountain” registered its highest ratings ever and jumped six places to #2 in the latest Nielsen Audio ratings for metro Phoenix. “K-E-Z” retained the top spot, despite suffering a significant loss in audience share.

KSLX also took a big hit in audience share and tumbled from its usual perch at #2 to #5. Country giant KNIX gained slightly in audience and remained tied at #3 while rival “Camel Country” lost some of its audience yet ticked up to #9.

Hot 97.5” moved into the top 10 for the first time in more than three years. Mainstream Top 40 “Live 101.5” (KALV) dropped from #9 to a tie at #11 with talker KTAR. Public radio “K-Jazz” (KJZZ) rebounded to #14 after two down books.
